Steelcase Awards American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids Challenge Grant

Your Donation Brings Hope

Tuesday, May 10, 2011 —We are excited to report that the Steelcase Foundation has awarded a challenge grant to the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids and Ottawa County.  In light of the devastation in the Southern United States right now, the Red Cross is calling for your support. For every dollar donated by individuals and corporations, the Steelcase Foundation will match that amount and make it possible for each donation to go twice as far! Please show your support today by making a donation to your local Red Cross! Right now, we have 29 Red Cross volunteers from your local Red Cross deployed to help relief efforts in the Southern states. They have seen stories of tragedy: families that have lost their loved ones, lost their homes and lost their businesses. They have also seen stories of hope: communities comforting their residents, neighbors helping neighbors, and Red Cross donations being used to make a difference. Be a part of this difference.
