Learn the best ways to keep yourself safe and healthy while training for the Fifth Third River Bank Run. There will be time for training advice, running tips, and a question and answer session with our 2011 and 2010 Road Warriors: Mike Dopke, Sheila Bosworth and Walter Catton.

Don’t forget the prizes! We’ll have Water bottles, Clif Bars, Red Cross Shirts, Headphones, Pedometers, Watches, Running gloves, GU Energy Gell and more to give away in our drawing!

Meet the Red Cross Road Warriors! Road Warriors are ordinary people who perform extraordinary acts in emergency situations.

Mike is back for his 3rd year with the Road Warrior team. He is an accomplished runner, motivator and all around great, motivating guy. Click here to Meet Coach Mike.

Sheila is patient, a great listener and will get you excited to run! She doesn’t back away from a challenge and you’ll leave feeling great about yourself and your accomplishments.  As a Road Warrior, her goal is to raise $1,000 for the Red Cross. Click here to Meet Coach Sheila.
