It’s Cinco de Mayo — Refresh With a Red Cross Mocktail!

If you attended our last volunteer recognition, you know that we’re pretty fancy around here. We served up a selection of “mocktails” with a load of class and style (and a Clara Barton costume contest) and it was a big hit.

Today, on Cinco de Mayo, we all might be in need of a refreshing treat to enjoy sitting out in the sunshine. So we thought we’d share our top-secret recipes with you — these are fun drinks you can make with the whole family (or you can make them a little more “grown-up” if you like).

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Tropical Storm
Add equal parts of orange juice, pineapple juice,  and club soda to a frosty glass full of ice and top it off with a splash of Grenadine.

Wildfire
Add equal parts of cranberry juice, white grape juice and ginger ale to a glass full of ice, stir and enjoy!

Twister
Mix a cold glass of ginger ale with a splash of pineapple and white grape juice. (Throw a cherry in it, if you’re feeling dangerous!)
